Once an order is placed, Koko J. Designs will contact you within 24 hours with any further questions. An invoice will be sent to the email address provided and must be paid prior to work starting on your orders. Invoices and price quotes are only valid for 30 days.
Payment Policy: Payment is due in full at the time the order is placed and before work begins on your order. Koko J. Designs will invoice you through PayPal or Shopify to the email address supplied on the order form within 24 hours of an order being placed. Once payment is received Koko J. Designs will begin work on your order!
Payment type Policy: This shop accepts credit card, PayPal Express and Shopify. Sorry, we can’t accept personal checks, even on local orders.
Timeframe Policy: We strive to complete all orders within 10 business days once payment is made in full. We take pride and time in completing custom orders exactly how you want it-so please understand that custom and bulk orders may require a slightly long turnaround time.
Rush Order Policy: Any order requested to be complete and delivered in less than five business days is considered a rush order. A 10% rush order fee, based on the purchase price, will be added to all rush orders. The customer is financially responsible for all rush shipping fees as well.
Pick Up Policy: This shop allows for local customers to pick up their orders. Pick up times are Saturday from 12-3pm. If you are picking up your order please email or call first to confirm it is complete before arranging to pick it up.
Return and Refund Policy: No refunds or returns will be accepted on custom orders or digital downloads. No exceptions. In stock items(non-custom orders) can be returned in their original condition and packaging within 7 days for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping.
Supply Policy: Customers ordering custom shirts and apparel items must provide the exact items to Koko J. Designs for a customizations. Items can be shipped directly to Koko J. Designs. The customer also has the option to research and find the exact item to be customized and provide a link to Koko J. Designs. The price of the ordered items, plus a processing fee or mark up, will be included in the final order price.
Bulk Discount Policy: Bulk orders may be eligible for a discounted rate. An order of more than two dozen is considered bulk. In order to be eligible for a 10% bulk order discount, all items in the order must be placed at the same time and must be exactly the same in design, color, and size. The only exception is on the single letter monogram as long as the size and color of each is the same.
Sizing details: Sizing is in unisex unless noted in individual listings. Unisex is a loose fit and is very similar to men's sizing. Please use the size chart in each listing to find the accurate measurements. How our shirts are made: Each shirt is made with high quality commercial grade heat transfer vinyl and pressed with an industrial heat press. You may see lines from the press, these will go away with washing.
